Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in developing and maintaining web applications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience using C#.Net Experience in front end technologies (HTML, Javascript, CSS)
- Proficiency in MSSQL, XML and JQuery
- Nice to have experience with Java, Git, Angular, or DevOps
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum principles.
- Technical leadership experience, including project management capability
- Analytical approach to problem solving and be able to focus while appreciating the wider impacts of changes Continuous learner, logical thinker, and self-starter with an inquisitive mind
- Effective stakeholder management Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record in overseeing delivery of quality software following an Agile process
- Proven track record breaking down large requirements into smaller independent deliverables and delegating them to team members
- Proven track record in managing and supporting a technical team
- Proven track record in reviewing code and working with QA engineers
- Proven track record of working with product owners on planning, estimation and resource management
