Job Description
- Negotiating with customer about project estimate and schedule.
- Track project finances, timelines, deliverables.
- Supervising and managing for project deployments.
- Manage project service delivery activities involving direct and subcontract resources.
- Project planning, estimating and performing code reviews.
- Writes functional and design specifications.
- Designs, implements software solutions, and troubleshooting.
- Estimates project scope and adheres to established guidelines and metrics for quality data.
- Facilitate procurement of equipment and material.
- Subject matter expert regarding all aspects of project management in general
- Mentors software engineers and acts as Manager.
- Keeps pace with related emerging technology and trends, and introduce new tools and techniques for software development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required.
- 10 years or more of software development experience.
- C++, C, Java, Linux, Unix knowledge required.
- JLPT Level 1 is required in case of English native speaker.
- TOEIC score which is more than 750 is required in case of Japanese native speaker.
- JLPT Level 1 and TOEIC score which is more than 750 in case of non-English and non-Japanese native language speakers are required.
- Previous telecommunication/data communication project management experience.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
