The Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgeting processes, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role involves close collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives and to promote strong financial practices across the organization.
Qualification Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least 10 years professional experience as Controller, (10-15 yrs for Regional Controller background)
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software preferably NetSuite Oracle and databases
- Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Flexible and willing to work on graveyard, if needed.
