Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to generate interest and attract potential tenants for commercial properties.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available spaces to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company policies and market trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of lease documentation and related paperwork.
- Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to the Management for marketing property and for improving lessees satisfaction
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure high occupancy rates and build tenant satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and leasing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
