- Bachelor’s degree in information technology / industrial engineering or any other related course.
- With at least 1-year of experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- With knowledge of various software applications used for testing, troubleshooting, and presentation.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the stakeholder throughout the organization.
- Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Provides assistance, support, and training to end-user on IT systems and applications.
- Designs and documents business requirements (e.g. presentations, data flow diagrams, screen mockups, etc.).
