- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT parts, components, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels to meet the needs of the organization
- Procurement Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to source and purchase IT parts and components, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Order Management: Manage orders for IT parts, ensuring they are placed, tracked, and delivered as per the planned schedules. Address any delays, shortages, or supply chain disruptions promptly.
- Budget and Cost Control: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the IT parts procurement budget, ensuring cost control measures are in place and identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze past consumption data to forecast future demand for IT parts and proactively plan for seasonal or project-based fluctuations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on parts usage, inventory levels, procurement status, and budget adherence for internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT project teams, maintenance departments, and other business units to ensure the timely availability of parts for all IT-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or any related field
- With a least 1-year relevant experience
- Average user of MS Office Software
- Strong understanding of inventory management and parts planning processes.
- Experience with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
