Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating project teams to achieve objectives while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves developing and executing project plans, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential for addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions. The Project Manager will maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, negotiate terms, and ensure client needs are met. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, along with familiarity with bank IT systems, is crucial for monitoring progress, managing budgets, and delivering successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development projects.
  • Proven experience in managing banking-related software projects.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and banking clients.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Redmine).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster certification is a plus.
  • Experience with API integration and/or data migration projects is an advantage.
